Use the following steps to find help with using the DDb.

• The first place to find help is on the area of the BSBI's documentation site dedicated to the DDb. If you are new to the DDb, take a look at the Getting Started page.
• If you can't find the help you need there, please email the BSBI Data Team at ddbsupport@bsbi.org, noting the area of functionality you need assistance with, and if relevant, any error messages you have encountered.
