How to insert images / screenshots into posts?

Hi,

I hope that I am not being excessively dim in asking this, but can someone explain how to insert screenshots (or images) into a forum post, in the way that Martin Rand has done in his recent post? It doesn't seem possible to just copy and paste.

thanks. I've experimented with the DropBox route, and got it to work ok.

For others, using the Snipping Tool (Windows 7) slightly speeds up creating the screenshot you want, as can be saved direct as a jpg.
