Records imported OK but no confirmation email

Records imported OK but no confirmation email

Hi Tom,

the last 2 sync files i have submitted have been imported OK to the DDb, but I have only received the first acknowledgement email. The second email, confirming import, has not arrived. I thought I might have failed to delete an old acknowledgement email, but that does not appear to be the case.

Hi Andy,

This is quite odd as the server logs record that the emails were sent. Duplicate acknowledgement emails that went to me at the same time (also to a gmail account) did get through.

Please could you check whether the emails have been classified as spam.

Tom,

the import confirmation emails had gone into the spam folder (never happened before). I've created a gmail filter to send such messages to my inbox.
