I am presently beginning the process of updating VC68's published historical records.
I can see from the upload preview page that I can designate columns for author, title and date. However I cannot spot the columns where I put the serial eg. Watsonia or Transactions of the Natural History Society of Northumberland and the serial reference (vol2 Pt 1 for example).
Can you point me in the right direction?

Hi Chris,
The database has fairly detailed structure available for storing references, but not all of this is exposed through the record upload form (mainly because that form has tended to gain features only as and when required). Please could you send me your records as a spreadsheet, so that I can work out how best to import them - which may entail some minor software updates to accommodate the extra reference columns.
