Bulk edit taxon name

I am wanting to bulk edit the taxon name of a group of records, but am not able to. The drop down box does not seem to recognise a new taxon name when entered. Either typing part of the new name, or pasting in the whole name.

There is a simple workaround to this bug. Before entering a new taxon name, click in one of the other boxes first, eg. the Comments box, then enter the new taxon name in the 'new taxon name' box. Odd but it works.
