Missing site grid refs

Tom,

There are 709 vc108 records from MapMateCentre:2t9 that have no site grid refs - https://database.bsbi.org/search.php#re ... 7cbf789f49. These are all post 1999 records transferred from Recorder to MapMate by Bob Ellis. It is not a MM CUK in active use, so can't check if they originally had grid refs, but assume they all did. Can you investigate, please? (I have a vague memory of raising this or similar issue in the past, but can't trace a Message Board post about it|).

For info. The grid refs were not included in the original upload to the DDb, and are assumed to have been missing from the original MapMate version. Records lacking a grid ref could be matched unambiguously to other records with the same site name / date / recorder at hectad precision. Bulk edit tools were used to add the missing grid refs.
