There's currently a problem with searching for taxon names that have intermediate ranks between genus and species, e.g.
Rubus subsect. Hiemales ser. Hystrices naldrettii
which should generally be (but currently isn't) displayed and searched for as Rubus naldrettii, without the intermediate rank gubbins.
