preferred determination is not used

If a specimen/record has been redetermined the user should add a new determination and set this one as the preferred one. However, I did this with Equisetum x meridionale and the preferred name is not used.

Thanks! One slight improvement is perhaps required. When you add the new determination the new entry defaults to "original id" whereas this should stay with the original id and the new determination should have the status of "determined".
